(Historical Notes: I can see why Past Me wanted to do a more elaborate panel layout here, since the page is mostly just people standing around throwing technobabble at each other… but it’s a bit too much.  The flow of the speech bubbles gets a bit hard to follow, since they also have to follow the placement of the characters.  I should have bone with a more linear panel placement in order to keep most of the dialog in neat, easy to follow columns.  I shouldn’t have to wonder if I need to include numbers to keep the lines in the right order.)
