The Killer Station of Deadly Doom – page 2
(Historical Notes: It probably goes without saying, but the one consistent flaw with The Killer Station of Deadly Doom is how sloppy the art is. Like even for 2012-era Far Out There, this is especially sloppy. It’s totally justifiable, what with these just being bonus side comics and all, but it still bugs me to look back at. I had to really, REALLY restrain myself from re-editing the everloving heck out of every single page, but if I did that the re-posting would take even longer than getting them done in the first place did. As it is, I only stopped to fix REALLY drastic errors, and even then I’m sure I missed a bunch.)
No, no – don’t fix the sloppy art! That’s what sells this – it’s in THE PAST. Way back when art just wasn’t as good as it is in modern days! It’s like a modern TV show or movie showing old memories of the early 1900s in black and white – obviously they COULD film it in color – but everybody knows the world was in black and white before the 1960s or so – the B/W makes it look like the 1920s. The sketchy art proves this is an old-timey past event. See, now there’s a REASON for it, so it’s OK! 😉
