(Historical Notes: Not gonna lie, I still REALLY like this glimpse of Astrid when she’s not trying to be all glamorous.  I’ve mentioned before that Astrid’s evolution from a nameless gag to a fully fledged character is one of the things I’m most proud of in all of Far Out There, and the added wrinkle of her being an absolute slob when nobody’s looking just adds to that.  I love when characters have contradictory traits like this, just like real people do.)
